If you live in Lower Westchester or New York City and are looking for a traditional private day camp for your children ages 3-13, Mount Tom Day Camp located on the New Rochelle/Pelham Manor border has been serving discerning families for over 50 years.

Mount Tom is situated on a 10-acre estate and features three swimming pools, tennis courts, five ball fields, indoor bunk rooms, nature areas, covered lunch patios and an outdoor theater. We are the closest private suburban day camp to Manhattan and The Bronx, are conveniently located to all areas of lower Westchester, and offer supervised round trip transportation. Mount Tom is an ACA accredited day camp that offers a variety of activities and special events in a relaxed country setting.

Children can register for four, five, six, seven or eight week sessions. Professional teachers lead groups and activities. We offer an excellent early childhood program that includes full day and half day choices.

Activities include group and individual sports such as swimming (including daily Red Cross instruction), soccer, baseball, basketball, archery, volleyball, tennis, hockey, and much more. Cultural and performing arts include: music, dance, drama, theater, arts and crafts, origami, t-shirt art and more. Outdoor education and cooperative games include nature/science, zip line and climbing walls. Special events feature interactive programs with professional entertainers and educators.

Mount Tom also serves children ages 2-6 at the Mount Tom Day School during the school year. This early childhood program offers classes for pre-nursery through kindergarten.
