Our Facilities

The centerpiece of Mount Tom's magnificent facility is a 19-room mansion built in the early twentieth century by renowned American artist and illustrator J.C. Leyendecker. It sits on the top level of our breathtaking three-tiered property facing the Long Island Sound. It features comfortable bunk rooms, covered outdoor lunch patios and a large kitchen. The building provides our campers safe and cozy indoor spaces
for a variety of activities.

The camp's upper level, designed with our younger campers in mind, is a safe "backyard" with a play house, playground equipment and lots of interesting places to explore.

Mount Tom's outdoor theater is utilized each day for our morning get-together as well as for music, drama and dance activities. This unique setting is ideal for campers, staff and parents to enjoy our many special performances.

Our outdoor athletic facilities include three swimming pools, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, six ball fields designed for children of all ages and skill levels and an entire area devoted to fitness programs. Our beautifully landscaped property provides lots of shade to cool down or to participate in quiet activities.
